What do we do during an introduction?
The introduction is your first coaching session. We discuss your coaching topic, explore it together and gain insights that help you move forward. If you are interested in continuing, we wrap up the session with more background information about a coaching programme. We discuss the appropriate structure of the programme and agree on the number of sessions and the format (face-to-face or online).
An introductory session lasts 60 minutes, takes place online, is entirely non-binding and free of charge.
What do we do during a coaching session?
At the start of each session, we take a moment to reflect on your state of mind at that moment. How is your energy level, and what is going through your mind? If the situation calls for it, we do a short exercise to help you relax both physically and mentally. This might involve gentle physical movements, stretching exercises or breathing exercises.
We begin from a place of calm. We work with whatever is present at that moment. What is happening in your life right now that requires your attention? We explore this together by focusing on your inner process. In doing so, we draw on all the inner sources of information at our disposal. We don’t just consider your thoughts, but also listen carefully to your feelings and the signals your body is sending. Some of the methods we use during self-assessment are:

Self-reflection provides clarity and leads to new insights. We get to the heart of the matter, explore different ways of dealing with it, and identify opportunities for change that you had not seen before. Armed with these new insights and opportunities, you decide which specific steps you want to take. You then set to work to bring about the change you desire in your life.
What do we do during a reflection session?
It has been three months since you completed your coaching programme. We discuss how you are getting on and take the time to look back together. We look at the goals you have achieved and the successes you have had. If you are still facing any challenges, we address them and explore what you can do to change this too. We wrap up with a brief evaluation of the coaching programme.
A reflection session is a free 60-minute online session and only takes place if the coaching programme has consisted of at least six sessions.
