Personal data that we process
Umesh Coaching processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Bank account number
- Other personal data that the customer actively provides, for example by creating a profile on your website, in correspondence and over the phone
Special categories of personal data and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at contact@umesh.coach, we will delete this information.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
Umesh Coaching processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
- To keep you informed about changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
Umesh Coaching also processes personal data where we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
Automated decision-making
Umesh Coaching does not use automated decision-making.
How long we retain personal data
Umesh Coaching never retains your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, or for the retention periods required by law. Furthermore, we will delete your personal data when it is no longer required for the purposes described above.
Personal data will be stored and processed for the duration of the assignment. Once the assignment has been completed, the personal data will be archived. Umesh Coaching will retain your personal data for up to 7 years after the assignment has ended.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Umesh Coaching does not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies, or similar technologies, that we use
Umesh Coaching does not use cookies or similar technologies.
View, edit or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data or to object to the processing of your personal data by Umesh Coaching, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation of your choice.
You may send a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to contact@umesh.coach.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
